We are hiring for a Part‑Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Warrington. You will be working directly with an established team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff’s work in the store environment. You will monitor employee activity, solve day‑to‑day problems and assist customers when needed. Working in a thriving store, your day‑to‑day tasks will vary. You will support the Store Manager to ensure the team maximises sales, maintains a service‑first mentality, adheres to best practices as per company expectations and overall ensures the shopping experience for our customers.
