What You’ll Do

  • :Lead and oversee daily branch/store operation
  • sDrive sales performance and help the team achieve target
  • sMonitor inventory and coordinate with the merchandising tea
  • mEnsure excellent customer service and customer satisfactio
  • nMaintain store safety, security, and operational complianc
  • eTrain, coach, and motivate team members for better performanc
  • eCommunicate business goals clearly to the whole tea
