Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field
- With at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, retail, wellness, or service-oriented environment
- Experience in overseeing daily store/clinic operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Capable of overseeing and coordinating operations of two (2) branches of Noah and Eve Aesthetic Clinic
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, basic reporting, scheduling, and cash or POS handling
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to resolve client concerns professionally
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, reliable, and accountable in handling store operations
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
