DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer

service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs.  Customer Focus: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer

satisfaction and uphold the brand image.  Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate staff.  Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.  Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.  Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to

head office.  Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.  Liason with Head office: Communicate effectively with head office and manage store

assets. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  College graduate or College Level  Experience in Sales and Store operations

 Experience in Supervisory or Leadership role

 Customer Service oriented
