Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor - Pagsanjan Laguna

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino, English
• At least 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
• Skills required: Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably with supervisory experience or 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Pagsanjan, Laguna.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve and grow the store’s sales targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays effectively.
• Manage daily store operations efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers professionally.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements to maintain reputation and stability.
