Store Operations Manager

Position: Store Manager – Minizmo (Men’s Apparel Brand)

Location: Delhi

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations at Minizmo, a premium men’s apparel brand. The role includes driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across all store functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team on sales and product knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Minizmo brand values
• Manage inventory, billing accuracy, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of store staff
