Were looking for a highly organized Store Operations Coordinator to support smooth day-to-day operations of our cake and pastry stores. Youll work closely with store managers and the head office to ensure excellent customer experience, efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and operational consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Store Support
Coordinate daily operations across one or multiple bakery/cake shop locations.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, and store presentation meets brand standards.
Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing rosters.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels, reorder ingredients and packaging supplies as needed.
Track product wastage and help control costs through efficient planning.
