Store Manager

A Store Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service experience and manage the store. Maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring products are properly stocked and stored. The role involves handling customer concerns professionally, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the store.

Responsibilities 
•    Overall management of the store and able to work independently 
•    Ensure the overall business meets profit targets and operates smoothly
•    Introduce new products which are on demand and get rid of old stock, review and determine products in stock regularly
•    Ensure that the service standards are on the highest level and constantly improve them
•    Promote and advertise the store’s goods and services
