Store Manager or Trainee Manager position in Mahikeng, North West.

Responsibilities

  • Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
  • Control risks and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
  • Manage people, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance.
  • Maintain store presentation according to company standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing the customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • 2 years experience in fashion retail management.
  • Track record of good stock take results.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Results driven.
  • Excellent customer care experience.
  • Exceptional people skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency.
