Responsibilities

• Plan and manage payroll; create strategic schedules to support business plans, ensuring integrity of time and attendance in line with store performance, volume, and productivity.
• Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and consistency with CELI values at all times.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store employees through regular feedback, coaching, and counseling.
• Support and coach team members to deliver the CELI sales and positive customer service experience. Identify and collaborate on new training initiatives.
