Store Manager - San Pedro, Davao

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the business.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase store profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
