Store Manager

1. Achieve and exceed sales target for the store by ensuring product availability, product presentation, customer service and overall high level of store standards and customer experience.

2. Control expenses within the budget by proper planning, efficient and effective utilization of resources and reducing wastage.

3. Ensure that shrinkage is within the budgeted norm by adherence to proper stock management procedures and vigilance without adversely affecting the customer service levels.

4. Ensure that the store and its people are in compliance with the policies and procedures of the company as well as relevant laws that apply including but not limited to licenses, all employment laws, wage and working hours, working conditions, human rights and equal employment opportunities.
