One of the SM Retail Affiliates is looking for a high-impact Store Manager to lead their SM Bacoor branch. If you are a strong retail leader who thrives on hitting targets, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
Lead, coach, and motivate a results-driven retail team
Deliver excellent customer service and build customer loyalty
Ensure smooth store operations, compliance, and visual standards
Manage merchandise availability, inventory, and loss prevention
Partner with HR, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams for store success
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course
3–5+ years of store management experience (retail, food, or similar)
Furniture retail, B2B or corporate selling experience is a plus
Strong leadership, business acumen, and customer-first mindset
Willing to be assigned at SM Sta. Rosa, Laguna...
