Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset & Store Maintenance: Keep the store neat, coordinate repairs, secure assets.
- Stock Control: Manage stock levels, reorder, identify slow-moving items, conduct stock takes, control shrinkage.
- Merchandising: Oversee product displays, layout, promotions, and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Marketing & Sales: Implement promotions, lead staff in displays, participate in marketing activities, achieve sales targets, organize events.
- Administration & Cash Handling: Maintain admin standards, oversee cash procedures, manage expenses, report daily figures.
- Security & Risk: Ensure security protocols are followed, monitor security staff, handle alarm calls, ensure health & safety standards.
