Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales.
• Oversee all operational activities within the store, including merchandising, front‑end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Create an environment where individuals feel valued and are motivated to contribute to the store’s success.

• Excellent time and productivity management skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
