Are you an experienced retail manager looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead the store, develop the team and deliver great customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you’ll:

• Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets
• Oversee daily store operations including deliveries, cash handling and compliance checks
• Maintain high visual standards to create an inspiring and easy-to-navigate customer journey
• Monitor your store’s performance and take smart, timely actions to drive results
• Recruit, train and develop team members to set them up for success
• Collaborate with senior leaders and other teams to help shape the store’s growth
