Job Overview

Take on the responsibility to lead On's first retail location in the UAE. You will help co‑define store operation processes ahead of the opening and support the Talent team in building a high‑performing Sales Advisor team.

Once the doors open, you will drive the store’s overall performance, ensuring exceptional customer service daily. Your responsibilities will include inventory, IT systems, customer flows, internal team management, and external partnerships such as community building.
