Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop your store team to deliver excellent service and embody the Co‑op difference.
  • Foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture where colleagues feel valued and confident to speak up.
  • Own the store’s commercial performance, using insights to drive sales and improve results.
  • Ensure the store is safe, legal and runs smoothly at all times.
  • Recruit, develop and support staff, taking responsibility for HR processes and people‑management decisions.
