JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on leader to oversee the daily operations of our fleet‑focused automotive repair and tire facility. This working management role requires active involvement in quoting repair work, selling PLT tires, managing workflow, supervising staff, and ensuring the shop operates efficiently and profitably.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume overall responsibility for the daily operations, performance, and profitability of the automotive repair shop, PLT tire division, and front sales area.
• Manage and be accountable for the Profit & Loss performance of the business, including sales growth, gross profit, labour efficiency, expense control, and operational productivity.
• Lead the team in achieving monthly sales, gross profit, and operational performance targets.
