Store Manager – Mafikeng North West

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer service in the Mafikeng North West region.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Risk control and managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Ensure that store presentation is according to company standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.

• Matric/Grade 12.
• 2 years fashion retail management experience.
• Track record of good stock take results.
