Job Description

Biltema Lahti is seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store team and drive results. The store manager will oversee daily operations in line with Biltema's concept and guide the team to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales.

You will recruit and develop staff, foster an inspiring work environment, and lead by example in sales and service. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends and strong communication and leadership skills.
