Store Manager - Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure sales goals are met.
• Lead and develop store staff through training and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels and make decisions on stock replenishment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
