About the role:

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced leader to join our Greymouth Rural Supplies team. In this role you'll be responsible for leading a small team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide technical sales advice and services to a range of agricultural customers. You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store in line with company strategy and values, and you will work with the wider team including our Technical Field Representatives (TFRs) in the region to grow our market share and business presence in the community.
