Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing Experience: 5 years experience in Retail Sales and/or Marketing, with up to 3 years at a Supervisory/Managerial level. Major Responsibilities and Key Results Areas Retail Store Management Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews to achieve operational objectives and day-to-day operations of the store. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and others who understand service requirements. Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
