Food & Beverage Operations

  • Prepare indents for the F&B section based on consumption patterns and maintain accurate consumption and cost reports.
  • Track breakages and ensure proper documentation and accountability.
  • Ensure all service deliveries align with client agreements and expectations.
  • Initiate and upgrade menus, including special events and promotional offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and proper storage practices.
  • Ensure careful handling of catering and buffet equipment.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce company discipline and safety protocols at the site.
  • Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure equipment and materials are not left unattended and follow all site-specific safety rules.
