Food & Beverage Operations
- Prepare indents for the F&B section based on consumption patterns and maintain accurate consumption and cost reports.
- Track breakages and ensure proper documentation and accountability.
- Ensure all service deliveries align with client agreements and expectations.
- Initiate and upgrade menus, including special events and promotional offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and proper storage practices.
- Ensure careful handling of catering and buffet equipment.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce company discipline and safety protocols at the site.
- Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure equipment and materials are not left unattended and follow all site-specific safety rules.
