Duties Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security measures are adhered to
Manage inventory levels, including ordering new pieces, conducting regular stock checks, and organizing the repair or return of damaged goods.
Train and supervise staff, ensuring they have product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet or exceed these goals through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
