Job Description
A General Manager must be committed to inspiring the team, helping customers succeed, and growing the business with integrity. The position is a professional level sales and management role that supports both sides of the business. Responsibilities include understanding store systems, automotive systems, parts knowledge, and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and assist with DIY projects. The General Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining professional customer relationships and program growth, achieving financial metrics, and maintaining service and appearance standards. The position is exempt, includes rotating nights and weekends, an hour for lunch, and may require additional hours based on staffing, store conditions, sales targets, and other business demands. Managers are required to work a schedule based on the needs of the business.
