Job Summary:

The Store Maintenance Manager involves comprehensive management of daily work orders through the Service Channel, ensuring efficient resolution of maintenance issues. This position will be responsible for creating and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) based on maintenance needs, as well as reviewing, qualifying, and awarding vendor proposals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and resolve daily work orders through Service Channel.
  • Create and issue RFPs (Requests for Proposals) based on maintenance needs.
  • Review, qualify, and award vendor proposals.
  • Create and manage projects in SAP.
  • Track approvals, purchase orders, and project closeouts.
  • Audit work orders to ensure timely completion.
