Store Leadership Trainee: Operations & Customer Experience

The Shoprite Group of Companies in South Africa invites applications for the Talent Pool: Assistant Designate Manager. This role supports the store Management Team and provides hands-on exposure to the operational and leadership aspects of running a Checkers Hyper store.

As a mid-senior level, full-time position, you will participate in on-the-job learning across departments, with the aim of developing readiness for store management and delivering excellent customer service.
