Job Overview:

As a Store Lead for Straightforward, you're the heart and soul of your store. It's your job to manage your team, hit those sales targets, and set the gold standard for salesmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and management for all store personnel, fostering a motivating and efficient work environment.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the store.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer assessments, promoting open communication and constant improvement within the team.
• Compile and submit in-store reports detailing sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
