Store Keeper

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in warehouse and storage operations.

Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

Job Responsibility

• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and recheck with purchase orders; processes and tracks damages and discrepancies on purchase orders received.
• Generate document, posting and maintains records for deliveries arrangement.
• Receives and stores documents and confidential files and maintains record of all approved document.
• Arrange packing for RTV shipment back to vendor based on buyer information.
• Arrange packing for scrap as per requisition from PPC, Prod. Upon portal approvals.
• Maintains the warehouse and stores area in a neat and orderly manner based on ISO standard in order to comply with procedure.
• Resolves discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries.
