MR DIY Philippines invites applications for the Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor - RTM Sunshine Basilan-FS. You will drive sales growth, set up gondolas and merchandise displays, and manage daily operations to keep the store tidy and compliant.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail. You will lead, coach, recruit and develop staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and report results to HQ and the branch management.
