JOB DETAILS
1. Taking print outs of MRP/DL stickers. Affixing stickers on implant box – when import shipment arrives at HO.
2. Updating Surgery-Purchase Order Received Report, Pending Purchase Order File, & Consignment File Update.
3. Updating consignment details and instrument availability status
4. Filing Work, Print PO & give to accounts for Approval.
5. Removing implants as per Purchase order received, making delivery notes and arranging for dispatch.
6. Informing regarding no stock materials if any from PO immediately to concerned ASM.
7. Stock Taking – monthly and whenever required.
8. Following up for consignment materials with PlusMark, Nikhil and ensure that it is received back at HO within 3 days’ time at HO– / on a case to case basis.
9. Informing regarding courier details material dispatch/pending on hold status to distributors – .
10. Follow up with courier PODs and amount –
