Store Clerk

Job Description

Work location:

•     Orchard or

•     Katong

Key Responsibilities

•     Receive and check daily deliveries

•     Count items and check quality and expiry dates

•     Store items properly in store room, chiller, or freezer

•     Record stock in and out accurately

•     Issue stock to kitchen staff when required

•     Keep store area clean, neat, and organised

•     Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Perform Monthly Stock Take

Any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

•     No experience required; training provided

•     Able to follow instructions and work carefully

•     Basic reading and record-keeping ability

•     Able to communicate in English; Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to liaise with suppliers

•     Responsible and willing to learn
