Job Description

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, ensuring excellent service.
• Operate the cash register to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital transactions efficiently.
• Restock shelves, maintain organized displays, and ensure the store is clean and orderly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts and report discrepancies.
• Follow store policies, including safety and security procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service (preferred but not required).
