Cashbuild Limited in Springs seeks an Assistant Manager responsible for protecting and growing profitable market share in line with Store, Division and Company strategy. You will support management across budgeting, customer service, stock control, HR, and safety compliance.

The role requires Grade 12, 2+ years retail management, strong accounting, leadership, and HR skills, plus a valid driver’s license and computer literacy. Local travel and coordination with multiple departments are expected.
