About the Role

: This role plays a key part in supporting the EMEA online store by providing hands-on administrative, operational, and customer support. You will help manage the day-to-day activities of our e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers—from accurate product listings to timely order fulfillment. Working closely with the EMEA Online Store Manager, you will contribute to the success and efficiency of our online business across the region

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Review pending orders and customer requests, following up as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction
