Job Description

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing beverages and snacks, maintaining store hygiene, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and take orders efficiently
  • Prepare and serve tea, beverages, and snacks as per company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of store, kitchen, and customer areas
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Follow company policies and food safety guidelines

Educational Qualification:

12th Pass and above

  • Hindi (Basic)
