Store Assistant

What you’ll do

Store Assistant – Banbury, 18 hours per week, local commute required.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to assist customers with their projects.
• Sell the benefits of the Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, managing early starts and late finishes (store open 7 AM – 8 PM).
• Stay prepared for varying temperatures; work all seasons.
