Store Apprentice

What You'll Do

Store Apprentice in Southampton Bitterne – 20 hours per week. You must live locally and be able to commute to the store. Stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you need to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Engage with customers – Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations – Handle deliveries, stock shelves and assist with warehouse tasks, rolling up your sleeves as part of a close‑knit team.
• Keep things running smoothly – Maintain a clean, well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
• Learn while working – Set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
