Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the hotel's central storage and receiving areas, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure the proper storage, labeling, rotation, and preservation of all inventory in accordance with company procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure the timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to departments while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures, health and safety regulations, and internal inventory control policies.
