Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base/Major Range and Test Facilities Base Civilian Personnel Workforce (DIB and MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position serves as Storage Specialist, responsible for planning and directing the operations of a warehouse and storage program at Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff Arkansas. Responsibilities Develops operating procedures, methods, and technical procedures to accomplish the supply management mission. Prepares daily reports to furnish information on division capability. Plans receipts, storage, issue and shipment of all types of ammunition and explosives to include chemical defense equipment. Assigns work and reviews the quality and timeliness of that work.
