We are looking for an experienced
Storage & Backup Engineer
to provide operational support for enterprise storage and backup infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor storage & backup system performance and capacity

Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within defined SLAs

Perform routine health checks and maintenance on storage arrays & SAN environments

Execute backup and restore requests for business-critical systems

Diagnose and resolve storage & backup issues (SAN connectivity, disk failures, performance bottlenecks)

Assist with configuration of storage arrays, SAN switches, and backup platforms

Support storage changes via approved change management proc...
