Job Description
We are hiring an L1 Storage Engineer with foundational experience in NetApp storage environments . The role involves monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and assisting with day-to-day storage operations. Exposure to Dell EMC systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor NetApp storage systems, alerts, and overall performance.
Provide first-level support for SAN/NAS incidents and escalate to L2/L3 when needed.
Assist in basic provisioning tasks (volumes, LUNs, shares).
Perform routine health checks and generate daily/weekly reports.
Support tasks like zoning checks, storage validations, and log collection.
Update tickets, follow SOPs, and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with senior engineers for issue resolution and change activities.
