Stocktake Lead

Working Location: Changi / Tuas / Sembawang Naval Base

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (OT may required on Weekend)

• Lead and manage a Team of Stocktakers.
• Plan the Stocktake schedule to complete within a year for the inventories residing in Changi and Tuas Naval Warehouse, as well as RSN Unit stocktaking.
• Coordinate to Authority to generate the list of items for stocktaking every month based on the schedules.
• Lead a Team of Stocktakers to create Stocktake PI in Authority System, Enterprise System (ES) and ensure PI interface/create in Warehouse Management System, WMS.
• Lead the Team of Stocktakers to perform physical count and enter count through the WMS, as well as physical count at RSN Units/Ships.
• Monitor and ensure completed PI are interfaced/entered count in the ES.
