In addition to overseeing stock operations, you will mentor Beauty Advisors Operations on stock processes, helping them develop a deeper understanding of stock management and its impact on the customer experience. Your leadership will focus on optimising processes, improving inventory management, and ensuring effective loss prevention strategies.
