Role Overview

The Stock Management Analyst is responsible for the lifecycle management of IT assets stored at operational facilities.

This role ensures the accuracy of inventory records and maintains alignment between physical stock and system data in real time. The position plays a key role in supporting asset governance, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all stock management activities are accurately recorded in ITSM systems
  • Communicate clearly with users regarding device status and availability
  • Provide administrative support for projects, audits, and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate equipment logistics, including receiving new assets, processing returns, and managing decommissioned equipment
