Job Description

The Stock Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing all stock and inventory within the lodge to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes monitoring food, beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational stock levels while maintaining accurate records, minimizing wastage, and ensuring cost control. The Stock Controller plays a vital role in supporting all departments by ensuring stock is available, properly stored, and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities


  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock deliveries against invoices and purchase orders

  • Capture and record all stock movements accurately on the stock management system

  • Monitor stock levels for food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, and guest amenities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
