Stock Auditor

Role Overview

The Stock Auditor is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records within the warehouses and yards and ensuring products are correctly labelled, stored, and readily available to support manufacturing and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Control

• Carry out daily and weekly stock counts.
• Record stock movements accurately using warehouse systems and paperwork.
• Report stock discrepancies to the Inventory Controller.

Location Control

• Ensure stock and pallets are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
• Check that physical stock matches system locations.
• Move stock where required to maintain warehouse organisation.

Labelling & Accuracy

• Check product and pallet labels for accuracy.
• Ensure labels contain the correct product information, quantities, and batch details.
