Stock Associate

Summary

Responsible for executing operational stock tasks to support the sales team, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure efficient product flows while upholding quality and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of sellable and non sellable products in the store
• Replenish merchandise on the shop floor to support sales teams
• Process deliveries and transfers within due dates
• Manage omnichannel ship from store orders when applicable
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual stock takes
• Track and report stock discrepancies and potential thefts
• Perform audits of stock movements and manage after sales product handling
• Support Store Manager with orders of non core materials
• Assist colleagues with client returns repairs and complaints
